A Service Policy that Ensures Customer Satisfaction United Services is concerned first and foremost with our customers' satisfaction. To this end, we offer a comprehensive service policy to serve the homeowner on any repair and warranty issues. With each of our home improvement projects, no matter how small or big, we include a service warranty that covers workmanship on any repairs covered under our product warranties or derived from installation issues. For the first year of coverage, we waive all service fees, ensuring the homeowner complete coverage with no out-of-pocket expense. After the first year, we charge a nominal service fee only if we have to make a service call to your home to address the repair. This service fee can often be avoided on minor repairs, such as screen replacement or window sash or pin replacement, by picking up the replacement parts and pieces from our office and performing a simple, do-it-yourself installation. In other cases, we are typically able to resolve repair issues with a simple, one-time service call. The service call fee is as follows: window repair - $65, siding or sunroom repair - $95. To better serve our customers and expedite repair requests, we ask our customers to submit a simple repair request form.
